Return and Refund Policy
Before placing an order, customers are advised to carefully review all product information, including specifications and pricing. Please note that product photos are for reference only and may not accurately represent the actual item received.

Exchange Policy
Customers may apply for an exchange within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible exchange scenarios:
1. The product received is materially different from the product ordered.
2. The product received is severely damaged (minor cosmetic damage due to shipping will not qualify).
3. The product has not yet been shipped.
4. The product is unopened and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Additional terms:
• All four conditions above must be met for an exchange to be approved.
• Exchanges are limited to products of equal value. Customers may opt to pay the difference to exchange for a higher-value item.
• All shipping, handling, and return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Products that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are strictly non-exchangeable.
• ASHK reserves the right to inspect returned items and reject any exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
• Replacement products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe upon approval of the exchange.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once payment has been successfully processed. All sales are final.
Membership Benefits
• Customers who reach designated spending thresholds will be upgraded to VIP/VVIP status.
• Membership has no expiration date; however, accounts with no spending activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be automatically downgraded.
• Birthday discounts are available for customers who spend HK$1,000 or more within the preceding 12 months. Eligible members will receive an email notification during their birthday month.
General Terms
• ASHK reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate any of the above terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, ASHK’s decision shall be final and binding.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated herein.
In the event of any dispute between the English and Chinese terms, the former shall prevail.

📦 換貨政策
顧客可於付款日起計七(7)個曆日內申請換貨,並須符合以下所有條件:
可申請換貨的情況包括:
1. 所收到的產品與訂購的產品明顯不符;
2. 所收到的產品嚴重損毀(運送途中造成的輕微外觀損傷不屬於換貨範圍);
3. 訂購的產品尚未發貨;
4. 所收到的產品未開封,並以原包裝及狀態退回。
其他條款:
• 必須同時符合上述所有條件,方可獲批換貨。
• 換貨僅限於相同價值的產品。如欲更換為較高價值產品,顧客需補回差額。
• 所有退貨及換貨過程中產生的運費及相關費用,均由顧客承擔。
• 已開封、使用或在收貨後損毀的產品,恕不接受換貨。
• ASHK 保留檢查退回產品的權利,並有權拒絕不符合條件的換貨申請。
• 經批准後,替換產品將於合理時間內安排寄出。
💰 退款政策
付款成功後,所有訂單均不設退款。所有交易均屬最終決定。
🎁 會員優惠
• 顧客累積消費達指定金額後,可升級為 VIP/VVIP 會員。
• 會員資格無到期日;如連續十二(12)個月無消費紀錄,會員將自動降級。
• 生日優惠適用於過去十二個月內消費滿港幣 $1,000 的顧客。符合資格者將於生日月份收到電郵通知。
📜 一般條款
• ASHK 保留隨時修改、更新或終止上述條款的權利,毋須事先通知。
• 如有任何爭議,ASHK 擁有最終決定權,並具約束力。
• 顧客一旦下單,即表示同意並接受以上所有條款。
